croissance ?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"627\">Changer d\u2019\u00e9chelle n\u2019est pas qu\u2019une question de volume.<br data-start=\"589\" data-end=\"592\" \/>C\u2019est une question de <strong data-start=\"614\" data-end=\"626\">maturit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"629\" data-end=\"632\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"634\" data-end=\"688\">La confusion fr\u00e9quente entre potentiel et capacit\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"690\" data-end=\"735\">Avoir du potentiel ne signifie pas \u00eatre pr\u00eat.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"737\" acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration sans se d\u00e9sorganiser.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"919\" data-end=\"990\">Le potentiel concerne le march\u00e9.<br data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"954\" \/>La capacit\u00e9 concerne l\u2019organisation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"992\" data-end=\"1027\">Et les deux sont souvent confondus.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1029\" data-end=\"1032\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1034\" data-end=\"1098\">Le premier indicateur de pr\u00e9paration au changement d\u2019\u00e9chelle<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1100\" data-end=\"1132\">Pose-toi cette question simple :<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1134\" data-start=\"1853\" data-end=\"1907\">\n<p data-start=\"1855\" data-end=\"1907\">le pilotage (trop de chiffres, pas assez de clart\u00e9).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1909\" data-end=\"2724\">une acquisition compr\u00e9hensible et ma\u00eetris\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2726\" data-end=\"2774\">Il n\u2019est pas parfait.<br data-start=\"2747\" data-end=\"2750\" \/>Mais il est <strong data-start=\"2762\" data-end=\"2773\">lisible<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2776\" data-end=\"2779\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2781\" data-end=\"2832\">Pr\u00e9parer le passage \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle sans tout figer<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2834\" data-end=\"2872\">\u00catre pr\u00eat ne signifie pas \u00eatre rigide.<\/p>\n<p data-end=\"2998\">\n<p data-start=\"2958\" data-end=\"2998\">accepter de clarifier avant d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3000\" data-end=\"3067\">Changer d\u2019\u00e9chelle est plus une affaire de d\u00e9cisions que de vitesse.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3069\" data-end=\"3072\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"3074\" data-end=\"3088\">Alors ?<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3090\" data-end=\"3227\">Un e-commerce pr\u00eat \u00e0 grandir n\u2019est pas celui qui va le plus vite.<br data-start=\"3155\" data-end=\"3158\" \/>C\u2019est celui qui sait <strong data-start=\"3179\" data-end=\"3226\">ce qu\u2019il peut absorber sans se d\u00e9sorganiser<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3229\" data-end=\"3342\">Quand la structure suit, la croissance devient une opportunit\u00e9.<br data-start=\"3292\" data-end=\"3295\" \/>Quand elle ne suit pas, elle devient un risque.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3344\" data-end=\"3489\">\ud83e\udded Pr\u00e9parer un changement
