Elles sont structurelles.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"960\" data-end=\"989\">On observe presque toujours :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"1161\">\n<li data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"1021\">\n<p data-end=\"1603\">les partenaires veulent de la visibilit\u00e9 ou des retomb\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"1667\">Mettre ces attentes \u00e0 plat \u00e9vite 80 %
