s\u2019absente ou change de cap, tout vacille.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"467\" data-end=\"581\">C\u2019est l\u2019un des pi\u00e8ges les plus fr\u00e9quents des communaut\u00e9s professionnelles :<br data-start=\"542\" data-end=\"545\" \/>elles reposent sur un moteur unique.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"583\" data-end=\"681\">Tant que ce moteur tourne, tout va bien.<br data-start=\"623\" data-end=\"626\" \/>Mais ce mod\u00e8le ne passe pas \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle et ne dure pas.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"683\" data-end=\"738\">Pourquoi la d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 une seule personne se cr\u00e9e<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"740\" data-end=\"828\">La d\u00e9pendance ne vient pas d\u2019un exc\u00e8s d\u2019ego.<br data-start=\"784\" data-end=\"787\" \/>Elle vient souvent ce qui rel\u00e8ve de l\u2019identit\u00e9\u2026 et ce qui rel\u00e8ve de l\u2019animation<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1242\">Une communaut\u00e9 peut avoir :<\/p>\n<ul
