mieux revient souvent \u00e0 ne pas agir.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans beaucoup d\u2019organisations, l\u2019exigence de qualit\u00e9 se transforme insidieusement en frein.<br>On veut bien avancer, <strong>mais seulement quand tout sera pr\u00eat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le probl\u00e8me, c\u2019est que ce moment n\u2019arrive jamais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi l\u2019imperfection fait si peur aux d\u00e9cideurs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accepter l\u2019imperfection, ce n\u2019est pas viser le m\u00e9diocre.<br>C\u2019est accepter que :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>l\u2019information soit partielle,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les effets ne soient pas totalement pr\u00e9visibles,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les d\u00e9cisions comportent une part d\u2019ajustement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chez les dirigeants, cette difficult\u00e9 est souvent li\u00e9e \u00e0 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la peur de l\u2019erreur visible,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la crainte de perdre en cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la confusion entre rigueur et contr\u00f4le absolu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9sultat : on repousse, on affine, on s\u00e9curise\u2026 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019immobilisme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019illusion du \u201cencore un peu\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans les organisations structur\u00e9es, l\u2019imperfection est souvent masqu\u00e9e par des processus :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>comit\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>validations successives,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>it\u00e9rations th\u00e9oriques sans mise \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chaque \u00e9tape semble raisonnable prise isol\u00e9ment.<br>Mais l\u2019ensemble cr\u00e9e une inertie redoutable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On ne cherche plus \u00e0 agir correctement.<br>On cherche \u00e0 <strong>ne rien laisser d\u00e9passer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019action imparfaite comme source de clart\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agir imparfaitement permet pourtant ce que la r\u00e9flexion seule ne produit jamais :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>du retour terrain,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des signaux concrets,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des r\u00e9actions humaines r\u00e9elles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019imperfection n\u2019est pas une faiblesse.<br>Elle est souvent la condition d\u2019un apprentissage rapide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une d\u00e9cision imparfaite mais assum\u00e9e produit plus de clart\u00e9<br>qu\u2019une d\u00e9cision parfaite mais jamais prise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc53 Sur la prise de d\u00e9cision quand l\u2019information manque :<br><a href=\"https:\/\/hornet-conseil.fr\/comment-decider-lorsque-linformation-est-incomplete\/\">https:\/\/hornet-conseil.fr\/comment-decider-lorsque-linformation-est-incomplete\/<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Passer d\u2019une logique de r\u00e9sultat \u00e0 une logique de mouvement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accepter l\u2019imperfection, c\u2019est changer de r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>on ne juge plus uniquement le r\u00e9sultat imm\u00e9diat,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>on observe la dynamique cr\u00e9\u00e9e,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>on regarde ce que l\u2019action rend possible ensuite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans les phases de transformation, cette bascule est d\u00e9terminante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019objectif n\u2019est pas de \u201cr\u00e9ussir du premier coup\u201d.<br>L\u2019objectif est de <strong>mettre le syst\u00e8me en mouvement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le vrai risque n\u2019est pas l\u2019imperfection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le risque r\u00e9el, pour un dirigeant, n\u2019est pas de se tromper \u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle.<br>C\u2019est de figer l\u2019organisation par exc\u00e8s de prudence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 force de vouloir \u00e9viter l\u2019erreur :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>les \u00e9quipes se d\u00e9sengagent,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les d\u00e9cisions se d\u00e9placent vers le haut,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la responsabilit\u00e9 collective s\u2019\u00e9tiole.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019imperfection assum\u00e9e, au contraire, redonne de l\u2019espace :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
