lucidit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi les promesses technologiques s\u00e9duisent autant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La technologie offre une chose pr\u00e9cieuse aux dirigeants :<br>l\u2019illusion d\u2019une solution rapide \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes complexes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle promet :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>des gains imm\u00e9diats,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une simplification radicale,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une mise \u00e0 niveau automatique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un contexte de pression permanente,<br>c\u2019est tentant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quand la technologie devient un \u00e9cran<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une organisation perd en lucidit\u00e9<br>lorsque la question n\u2019est plus <em>\u201c\u00e0 quoi \u00e7a sert ?\u201d<\/em><br>mais <em>\u201cpourquoi ne pas le faire ?\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On impl\u00e9mente un outil :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>avant de clarifier les usages,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sans alignement sur les processus existants,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sans vision claire des impacts humains.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9sultat :<br>plus d\u2019outils, mais pas plus de progr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le d\u00e9calage entre promesse et r\u00e9alit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La technologie n\u2019\u00e9limine pas :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>les arbitrages,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les responsabilit\u00e9s,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les d\u00e9cisions difficiles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle les d\u00e9place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sans cadre clair, elle :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un process plus fluide ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une coordination plus simple ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une charge mentale r\u00e9duite ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si la r\u00e9ponse est floue,<br>la promesse l\u2019est aussi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La lucidit\u00e9 comme comp\u00e9tence manag\u00e9riale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p
