d\u2019organisations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La performance est encore trop souvent associ\u00e9e \u00e0 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pression,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration permanente,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>optimisation froide des chiffres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019humanit\u00e9, elle, serait du c\u00f4t\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>de l\u2019\u00e9coute,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>du temps long,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de la bienveillance\u2026 parfois per\u00e7ue comme na\u00efve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette opposition est une impasse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quand la performance \u00e9crase l\u2019humain<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans les organisations tr\u00e8s orient\u00e9es r\u00e9sultats, on observe rapidement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>une fatigue collective,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une perte d\u2019engagement,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des d\u00e9cisions court-termistes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les indicateurs tiennent un temps.<br>Puis la m\u00e9canique se grippe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La performance tensions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>repousser les arbitrages,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lisser les responsabilit\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9sultat :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>flou d\u00e9cisionnel,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>perte de rythme,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>objectifs non atteints.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p
