Il rend g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement compte au directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral (CEO) ou au directeur de l&#8217;exploitation (COO).<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00f4le du Directeur Produit est relativement nouveau, puisqu&#8217;il est apparu au d\u00e9but du 21e si\u00e8cle. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 de plus en plus adopt\u00e9 par les entreprises comme un moyen de relever les d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9volution rapide de la technologie et des march\u00e9s mondiaux. Par cons\u00e9quent, les Directeurs Produit sont tr\u00e8s demand\u00e9s et leurs comp\u00e9tences \u00e9voluent constamment.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Comp\u00e9tences requises<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les Directeurs Produit doivent avoir une connaissance approfondie de leur secteur, de leurs clients et de la concurrence. Ils doivent \u00eatre capables de d\u00e9velopper et d&#8217;articuler une vision claire de leurs produits et services. Ils doivent \u00e9galement \u00eatre en mesure de traduire cette vision en plans d&#8217;action et de les ex\u00e9cuter sans faille. En outre, les Directeurs Produit doivent \u00eatre d&#8217;excellents communicateurs et des b\u00e2tisseurs d&#8217;\u00e9quipe.
