Que LinkedIn “cautionne” ce genre de pratique ne me satisfait gu\u00e8re. (Je parle de : Comment se d\u00e9marquer lors d’un test de personnalit\u00e9? Dans un post publi\u00e9 sur LinkedIn, la consultante RH Rachel De Lima donne quelques conseils. Elle recommande par exemple d’en r\u00e9aliser un soi-m\u00eame pour se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 cet exercice et avoir moins de stress. Lors de ces tests, elle propose aussi d’identifier ses atouts pour avoir davantage confiance en soi. Enfin, elle rappelle que les tests sont aussi faits pour v\u00e9rifier que le poste et l’environnement de travail “te permettront de t’\u00e9panouir”. Le test n’est qu’un support d’\u00e9change et non une \u00e9valuation, rappelle-t-elle.

Le documentaire se base en partie sur un passionnant ouvrage de 2018,\u00a0The Personality Brokers: The Strange History of Myers-Briggs and the Birth of Personality Testing, publi\u00e9 par une professeure \u00e0 Oxford,\u00a0Merve Emre, qui a men\u00e9 un minutieux travail d\u2019enqu\u00eate sur l\u2019histoire du test Myers-Briggs et l\u2019influence d\u00e9mesur\u00e9e (et discriminatoire) qu\u2019il exerce aujourd\u2019hui dans le monde du travail.<\/p>\n
